What do we do?
Women in Digital Switzerland (WDS) is a community that advocates for diversity and inclusion in Switzerland. Our mission is to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace and to break down barriers that have traditionally hindered women's advancement.
We organize networking events for professional women throughout Switzerland and online, inspire new career paths, and foster exchange with peers and mentors. Local chapter events led by volunteers are currently organized in Geneva, Zurich, Lausanne, Bern, Basel, Zug, Lugano, and St Gallen.
We are committed to empowering women to excel in their fields and believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce leads to innovation, increased productivity, and better business outcomes. By providing a platform for digital professionals to connect and learn from each other, we want to inspire a new generation of leaders.
Support WDS
Our communitiy initiatives promote the advancement of women working in marketing, innovation, emerging technologies and transformation. We empower and support women through networking, career discussions, expert led sessions and classes. We also participate in partnership programmes that make digital skilling and leadership projects accessible.

Our purpose is to plan networking event for professional women and encourage thought-provoking dialogue, learnings, connections, and sharing of best practices within our open and welcoming community. We host “for the community and organized by the community” monthly meetings in a variety of learning formats and cover broad topics such as digital transformation, future of work, skills & professional development and more.
